Delete your DailyStack account

You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time. If you can't get in, email us and we'll do it for you.

In the app

The fastest route, and the one we recommend.

  1. Open DailyStack
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Privacy & Data
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm, and re-authenticate when prompted

By email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@dailystack.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and the email address on your account.

We process these within 30 days.

What happens next. Your account is disabled immediately. After 30 days, all associated data is permanently deleted.
Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings — the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android — or billing continues.
